Ordered cookies and they never arrived. Rang them five times and each time they said they're sending someone and never did. Three hours later and the shop closed, the customer service we recieved was absoloutely shocking over the phone. Never ordering from there

Ordered 2 large pizza Saturday night delivery was 2x medium pizzas in a red box after eating meal realised it wasn’t large and telephoned them to check what they delivered. Naturally they disputed and sent a regional manager to my house who checked the box and confirmed medium came in red boxes. They have since reduced to take responsibility and have denied the mistake and maintained they delivered the large pizzas in medium boxes not accepted their mistake and yes have deleted the app will take my custom elsewhere still in shock how they are not accepting their error mistake lying through their teeth

Yet again, Domino's Walkden has sent burnt nachos. Pizza nice but a wasted, inedible side that we can't eat. Don't understand why they can't get them right when they mass produce

Lovely freshly baked pizzas. A lot Cheaper to collect then delivery. Great choice of toppings including vegetarian. Friendly and efficient staff. Good choice of extras like chicken wings and cookies etc etc. Parking outside shop available. Disabled entrance. Recommended.Parking: About 20 parking spots avaliable. Couldn't see any disabled spots there unfortunately.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat road and does kerbs. Disabled entrance is wide enough for a wheelchair but the door is not electric so has to be pushed open

Although the place is only about 2.5 miles from where I live, they wouldn't deliver because there's another Domino's that's about the same distance away (but it was shut) Complete waste of time.

Terrible experience, incredibly rude staff, need training in customer service. Avoid at all costs, Papa Johns is on the same retail park, i cannot stress enough, go there instead.
