Ordered cookies and they never arrived. Rang them five times and each time they said they're sending someone and never did. Three hours later and the shop closed, the customer service we recieved was absoloutely shocking over the phone. Never ordering from there

Ordered 2 large pizza Saturday night delivery was 2x medium pizzas in a red box after eating meal realised it wasn’t large and telephoned them to check what they delivered. Naturally they disputed and sent a regional manager to my house who checked the box and confirmed medium came in red boxes. They have since reduced to take responsibility and have denied the mistake and maintained they delivered the large pizzas in medium boxes not accepted their mistake and yes have deleted...read full review
