It's a

csenge majoros

Opens at 6 o'clock apparently - stood there until 6.20 waiting for the staff, who had seen me through the window since the beginning, to even acknowledge my presence. Look, I understand if you can't open on time, but would it be so hard to quickly come out for a second to just let me know you can't open until xx time? How can you just plainly ignore the customer who decided to take their time first thing in the morning to seek service at your workplace... I love their products, but the few times I've been at this specific Greggs, I always left frustrated and hungry. This staff (and, tbh Greggs employees in general) needs to learn the meaning of customer service and how not to lose their trust and loyalty towards the company - and this is coming from a Starbucks employee, so you know my standards are not the highest in the first place. Needless to say, won't be coming back ^^

Wouldn’t normally leave a review for Greggs as it’s pretty standard across all of their stores. However, went into the Cross Street branch in Manchester to grab breakfast and the staff member was so friendly and polite, I couldn’t not leave feedback. Didn’t get the staff’s name as it just said trainee on the badge but was Saturday 28th April at around 9am. The guy was obviously still quite new but was taking notes so he didn’t get orders wrong, and double checking with customers to avoid any confusion. Great service

Called in cross street Greggs yesterday. To get two take away soups to warm us up as heating broke at work . Normally fabulous service and food spot on for price . But on this occasion so disappointed tomato soup was cold . Went in today ordered a coffee and just wanted to tell lady her soup was cold so didn’t happen again . But she didn’t want to know telling she checks it all the time . Ended up in a big issue . Which I would think any business would be glad of customers feedback ? Very disappointed ☹️

All geordies love Greggs. Best sausage rolls ever. Great to see London also provides a much needed sausage roll at the same price as up north

Great place but far too small , can only allow one person in at a time.

Vile service on 2 occasions now, I know its a budget chain but some CUSTOMER SERVICE wouldn't go amiss. Hopefully higher management read these reviews. Rude staff.
