From start to finish I can't fault the customer service at Annie's. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. The food was lovely and decently priced. I'd definately recommend Annie's to anyone looking to eat out in manchester.Wheelchair accessibility: We didnt realise there was a ramp to gain access, but still managed the main step outside with the wheelchair. Although full, it didn't feel cramped or crowded. Very friendly and helpful staff and my gluten free afternoon tea was lovely. I would recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free if booked ahead, well worth it!

We love Annie’s. We have been a few times now and it has such a lovely, cozy feel to it, especially lovely at Christmas time. Afternoon Tea was good. Staff always friendly and service great. Planning another visit soon with the kids.
