Expensive, of course, as it's a premium location.Food was 'ok', service was 'ok'There is quite a lot of floor space adjacent to the counter and display area of the store, but sparsely tabled. They Could easily add 50% more tables and chairs and probably double, for more customer comfortThe floor under my table was quite dirty with crumbs, which would be fresh. But there was also a more heavy, longer-term brown substance which hadn't been removed for a very long time. Not good - see zoom picOverall the store serves a purpose, is expensive but food and service are OK. Needs a good floor clean and double the number of tables and chairs

Few times been in store . Omelette most of the time is dry and bit hard , recent two visits got cold cheese and onion pastry. Food quality huge difference between t1 store and cargo terminal store.

The thing about Greggs is inconsistent quality. The other week I had chocolate. Lovely and chocolatey but got to the bottom of the cup and so much undesolved chocolate mix my stick stirrer stood up in it but hey it was nice fast forward to today and it’s weak as water and un drinkable. Also the choice is limited. Never seem to have enough available. Yes it’s a fast moving outlet but I’m sure they can have a better choice available at peak times.

The two staff that are on shift now at 00:36 on 14th November 2023 have the worst attitudes going, little road men wannabes. If you are going to get a job in customer service, might want to get some of that… customer service. Council estate trash
