We're were helped by reena today. We requested if we could move seats as we were uncomfortable, the lounge was very busy but reena still went out of her way to find us a seat. She was very friendly.
Outstanding service from all members of staff in the Escape Lounge T1, they are a credit to your company, I don't remember all their names but Mohammed was one of them....we'll done!
