Italian • “I went to the restaurant to have lunch to celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday today 29th Oct, the atmosphere was lovely, the food was great and the music was perfect Michele really made us feel really welcome and paid a lot of attention to details. We will be coming back again definitely. Will certainly recommend this lovely restaurant.”

Italian • “Went for dinner on a Saturday night, busy, bustling atmosphere with great service and even better food! We had a couple of small plates to start….the caponata and the arancini. Both dishes were delicious with the caponata having just the right balance of sweet and sour and every ingredient in the arancini filling being able to be tasted. My partner loved her home made ravioli which was perfectly al denté and served in a fresh tasting tomato pork ragu. I went for the stuffed porchetta roll, mash, prunes and red wine sauce….again everything was perfectly balanced and left me licking the sauce off the plate! My favourite UK Italian has always been Locanda Locatelli……Cibus is giving it a run for its money! We will be back……and soon!”

“Visited here as a slot had become available early on a Friday evening , had read great things about the restaurant and never been able to get in until now , as it’s so popular ! Everything I read is true . It’s lovely . We shared 4 small plates - 3 would have done as they are generous portions and full of flavour . My fave was the mushroom ravioli - the sauce was one of the nicest things I have ever tasted . Also had minty lamb ragu paparedelle , another sausage pasta dish and lobster ravioli . Also had garlic bread !! Again - huge and full of flavour . Both had tiramisu - i’d share next time as this was also a great portion size . We left full up and really pleased as we enjoyed everything . We had beers / wine - my white wine was lovely. The restaurant is tiny with about 15 covers but you can have 90 mins at your table - just enough time to enjoy it all without feeling rushed . We bought biscuits too as they have a shelf full of Italian produce . Will be back . It’s fabulous ❤️ . Forgot to say the staff were kind , full of smiles and friendly .”
