This may not be the easiest restaurant to find (or get in!) however once you are it is well worth the journey to find it. Warm, welcoming staff, incredibly busy with a lovely atmosphere & a menu which makes you want to order everything. The five of us had a selection of dishes & nothing disappointed - the gnocchi in butter & sage a particular highlight. We found the dishes to be large & filling, but still squeezed in a dessert. I can’t leave England without raving about the best meal of our trip. The food, the decor, the hospitality… everything was perfection. Once you step inside the non-descript door of a former train garage, you walk into a beautifully-designed space. It’s minimalist but somehow, at the same time, cozy. What a fabulous discocery! From chatting in a hotel sauna, to a walk to discover this little gem, disappointment as they were fully booked and success in the resolve to book for the next trip to Manchester. We were not dosapppointed. Great hospitality, tremendous food, informative efficient staff. A big WOW all round.
