I really did enjoy the chicken which is always my favourite. The chips were highlight because they tasted real good with a new flavour...Keep it up ...every time I am in Manchester,a visit to have those fries ....has mouth water .. Love it.

Its one of the worst kfc restaurants that i have ever been in to i go there a least one week the manger can come across very rude at times when you order your food you can wait up to 14 minutes stay a way go somewhere else for your food .i ordered some ice cream for ny child had no spoons only forks not very friendly or helpful.

Gorton KFC is the worst I've ever been. Really dirty and lots of roadmen smoking at the entrance, almost 7 of them between 16-20yrs old. It felt very uncomfortable. Won't ever go there again.

Horrendous attitudes from staff slamming down our food and talking with a nasty attitude towards us, non of the staff seem happy , not one single staff member is smiling , the place looks clean and tidy , however didn't enjoy our experience there ,food was ok but very small portions , the chicken burger meal consists of a burger, no chips,no drink and the kids meal was just fries then told had to pay separate for the chicken strips and drinks.wont be going back

At drive through, I made order, and want to change my mind, she told me the order is already placed need to pay, I said I go to the counter instead, she said just pay the money, you can go anywhere you like, I am sorry I show her my middle finger at the end.

Painfully slow on a slow Saturday morning. With only 2 other orders in front of me it took 20 minutes to get my order partially ready - they had no drinks.
