I wish i couldnt give them 1 star but unfortunately had to write the comments!!! Took ages for my food, ordered 2 fillet meals and wings. Fillet was burnt a skinny little piece inside the burger and served cold, wings were cold, when I complained they had horrible attitude didn’t even serve me new food. Bloody asians indians pakis think they own it
This is possibly one of the worst KFCs I have ever been to and I gave it a few chances before leaving this review, I won't be going again. The staff are unbelievably rude and dismissive. The wait at the drive thru even when there isn't a queue is ridiculous, they don't acknowledge you at the intercom for such a long time. The last time I went, they told me to drive round and order at the 1st window, after not being spoken to by the staff this time, I went to the first window thinking...read full review

Big improvement on how this branch used to be. They seem more on top of things, probably from hiring better staff. The interior wasn't falling apart too much.And then there's the food....Well I can say in general KFC Have improved. For one, the fries were actually hot! I also liked the peri peri skin on style. Chicken pieces and burger were OK too.All in all, not bad... For Gorton! ?
