Absolute shocking service. The waiting time after ordering at the drive thru shocking. Messed up order with items missing. Food looked like it had been chucked together and was stone cold. Won't be eating from the fallowfield branch for a long time absolute bobbins.

Spent £50.00, they say table service is available but tent cards weren't there. place was dirty and gloomy, asked cleaner to help clean chair, he behaved rudely and even swore, won't go to eat at that nasty place

Parking: Drive through wasn't busy, was told to go to next window no please or thank you, told to go to Bay 1, very busy, shared parking with other shops, only getting 2 Happy meal's, told to wait, was just about to go in and ask where my food was, and the young lad came out, waiting Time was over 10minutes, no sorry for the wait or thank you for waiting, they needed to show some manners, when we got to finally eat it it was cold, had to warm it up in the microwave when I got home only live a minute away and I drove,maybe put food in bags that keep food warm,this was at Urmston retail park, only went because my grandson wanted to go, Never Again will I visit it

Ordered breakfast takeout, and they can't even read the food receipt which CLEARLY states there are hash browns on the order. I received 0 from them! They are included in the meal deals, how can they be this stupid? This branch always forgets something with takeout, 2nd time in a row now, this will be the last. These idiots here clearly cannot be bothered to read or double check takeout orders. Avoid like the plague if you are ordering online with these jokeshops. Pathetic!

What a lovely helpful lady Jay is a credit to McDonalds .She was so helpful today with my elderly mum .It was her first day out today after surgery and she really enjoyed herself.Jay helped her to order her meal on the self order display and was so kind. THANK YOU JAY ?
