Ordered four meals and a couple of extras at the drive thru and was missing a burger. Luckily we had not left the carpark before we noticed. The staff are happy to rectify this straight away with no questions asked and were quick - however not very apologetic.. But if i had left and not noticed immediately i dont think i would have managed to return to get my actual order. A nice, clean McDonald's: we usually order from here and deliveries are always fast. Never usually a problem with the orders and most of the time the ice cream DOES work! Very convinent as we live around the corner. Usually a very fast service.

On of the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited. Very busy but even when it’s quiet, service is slow. Manchester University’s Fallowfield campus is just around the corner.Parking: Rarely full and each bay is numbered so you can use the app and have food brought out to you
