Few meters away from the Etihad stadium, this Mcdonald is great. Good customer service. However, when Manchester city are playing, allow extra time as they can be very crowded and your waiting time can much long. Sometimes, you may not have place to seat. All in all, it's good place with great food like all other Mcdonald.

Absolutely useless.. placed order through drive through. Didn’t get it right had to back in and reorder it and pay extra.. useless staff.. and the poor delivery guys been spoken to like a piece of dirt.. we all have a job to do maybe if you did yours properly all would run smoothly

It's McDonald's, so my food expectations were managed. The service though wasn't great. I ordered at-table food - the server couldn't find the table, the milkshake was delivered without straws and the nuggets without dips. Not sure I'll bother again.

I'm often in here with my husband and son on a matchday, as my son works at McDonald's in Chester and we get discounted meals. Food is usually ok, apart from just once when they gave me the wrong burger, but very busy that evening. The male cleaner who comes to the tables to clear your rubbish while you're still trying to eat, is a pain in the bum though. He even sometimes tries to sit beside you while you're eating. We always clear up after ourselves and don't want him grabbing our rubbish before we've finished. He needs to be asked to wait for people to finish first.

Food was stale and cold. Ontop of that some guy called Dave whipped my meal from infront of me and said “I’ll take that for you” I’m sure he meant well but the guy literally took the rest of my chips and put them in the bin. Atleast he thought to ask if I wanted my drink back “palm face emoji”.
