We were handed stone cold chips at the drive thru and asked the girl to change them and she looked at us like we'd just insulted her entire family. She took the cold ones off us and added a few warmer chips on top thinking that was okay. Stop hiring kids that can't give basic customer service.

Ok place this but it would of been better if it was halal but unfortunately it isn't anyway came to get ice cream and other deserts we chose to sit in and there were table that havnt been wiped, some of the left overs and rubbish were left over from last customer were still there so service was poor a lady physically had to ask to get it cleaned and then you had kids who were climbing in front of you so you couldn't peacefully have tour food and how come all the staff look and...read full review

Went through drive through very slow ten minutes waiting to order. Operator taking the order was very rude got the order wrong three times it was still wrong when we moved round to pay. Then had to park up because of the wrong order waited twenty minutes by the time we got home the food was cold and like cardboard, the cokes we're like water due to the ice melting. I wanted to go in and complain but my wife just wanted to go.
