I went yesterday evening at 19 p.m. to branch Nespresso Unit 63-64, The Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester, M17 8AA, United Kingdom, to buy a gift for someone, and the two Asia staff members were not welcoming and unhelpful. Even when I inquired about the coffee, they refused to provide any information, and when I bought it, they looked very mad and dissatisfied with me for purchasing something. I hope the owner notices this

Read the 1 star reviews and was worried about the new branch. All of my fears were however quickly alleviated. Was served by a top lad named Bilal who told me is the Top salesman in the UK for nespresso.I'm not surprised, whenever I get my monthly supply he's always there to make the experience super swift and enjoyable and you can tell he enjoys his job! Thanks Again ?

Service terrible. Staff rude and very unhelpful.

This is a shop where you buy coffee machines. Great experience.

Very annoying you have to enter a virtual queue just to buy some pods. People could be buying/trying out coffee and I just had to wait to buy a few sleeves of pods. Should be a queue or counter to order these in store.

I visited Nespresso Trafford Centre yesterday and my experience was wonderful. The new shop is fantastic. Very modern, beautifully decorated and great atmosphere. We were served by an Italian man (I didn’t catch him name) but he was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, accommodating, personable. Made the experience very enjoyable.

I like Nespresso but the system they use in this store is stupid. You have to wait for a virtual queuing device then watch as 4 members of staff do nothing, then be allocated to a till where you ask one of the people who is actually working for your coffee, pay for it and then wait while they go in the back and retrieve it. What was wrong with allowing customers to grab their own coffee pods and quickly pay for them like they do in Leeds or Sheffield??

Awful experience at this branch! After I had ran out of some coffee pods I decided to take a trip to the trafford centre as it would take some time for it to arrive in the post. Staff here are awful, they have no customer service skills there was one lady who just came across so rude. We had to approach her for some assistance and then she passes us a buzzer for a virtual Que when she was doing absolutely nothing! There was no customers even in the store baring this in mind! She made us wait 10 mins when she was stood around doing absolutely nothing! The buzzer goes off and she can see that is our turn next, she doesn’t even approach us or acknowledge the fact it is our turn, we let her know that the buzzer has buzzed for our turn she started pulling faces and it was like she was forced to do her job! We ordered the pods and paid for the item, we asked her how long would it take to go and get the pods from the back as I was in a rush and she said 2 minutes pulled a face and walked off. 10 whole minutes later she arrives with the pods. Next time I would much rather wait and purchase online then have to deal with the incompetent staff at this branch. Avoid!!!

The new store is lovely to look at, trying to nip in quickly to buy coffee- impossible. The store is clearly aimed at new customers but screws over people who just need pods. Pain in the neck!

It was busy on my visit so took a whole to be served, but the staff were lovely and very efficient.

Great looking shop. Perfect way to try before you buy. Also had amazing service from Alana she explained all the different capsules and flavours and how the iced ones work!! She was lovely and a great experience!

Who on earth decided this new store format was a good idea? Nice bright and snazzy, but a coffee store that you can't just browse the range of pods, select them, buy them and be on your merry way. And as for the ridiculous virtual queueing system, that is just going to be so confusing for many people. When you have to have staff explaining how things work as you go in, then something is clearly not right with the concept. I went in the store with the intention of buying a wide range of pods that I haven't tried before and left after 2 minutes empty handed and I will not be going back again. Nespresso, you are going to lose a lot of potential sales with this, sort it out!
