Great looking shop. Perfect way to try before you buy. Also had amazing service from Alana she explained all the different capsules and flavours and how the iced ones work!! She was lovely and a great experience!
I very much preferred the original setting of nespresso store. The pager system is confusing and sends mixed messages, for instance: ‘you’re next’ - that actually means you’re not supposed to approach any till even if the member of staff behind it isn’t currently serving anyone or you’ll get the stinky eye look. Eugh, puts me off visiting the store.

I like Nespresso but the system they use in this store is stupid. You have to wait for a virtual queuing device then watch as 4 members of staff do nothing, then be allocated to a till where you ask one of the people who is actually working for your coffee, pay for it and then wait while they go in the back and retrieve it. What was wrong with allowing customers to grab their own coffee pods and quickly pay for them like they do in Leeds or Sheffield??
