The service was quick. Love the new order and pay at the tables saves so much time. Got the buffet deal. What a great offer it is. Lots of selection. The children loved it. Caters for everyone. Got a side too. Can't beat a pizza hut every now and then. :)

Absolutely rubbish pizzas(all of them no exception) but soft drink and ice cream from the machines were great.Pre-made dough really!? They have all the equipments and still use frozen dough.You can buy much better quality pizza from an average takeaway or store (frozen e.g Sainsbury's ,ALDI) at fraction of price.AVOID!

all the tables were filthy I asked to sit at the booth area and the manager said yeh I'll just have to clean it so we waiting 10 minutes for them to clean the booth as I looked up he's seated someone else there after us,we then waited 15 minutes to have our order taken as all staff were in the kitchen....very bad sarcastic attitude from the waitress when I asked if we could have some cutlery she replied "yeh" honestly never seem such poor organisation from a restaurant/takeaway

Last night, after working all day on the roof of my house, I was too tired to cook for myself. I showered and headed out to Pizza Hut for a bite to eat. Arriving at just after 7pm I asked for a table for one, and was told they were not taking any more bookings, despite the place being half empty. There were at least 10 family sized tables free. I'm not prepared to believe these were all pre-booked or they couldn't accommodate a single diner. That is yet another imported chain restaurant on my list to boycott. I found a nice little restaurant/bar in Chorlton that was very friendly and accommodating and enjoyed a very nice meal.

Extremely rude customer service. Food was was undercooked and cutlery had hard old food on them. Staff were practically pushing us out even though it was not busy at all. Manager seemed like he was under the influence of illegal substances. Did not know what day it was. Very unprofessional as it is family food restaurant. Very awful, wouldn’t be going again!

Can I have some cheese with my pizza please? Overloaded sauce. Clearly trying to cut back on expensive ingredients. Garlic bread dry as old boots. BBQ wings totally lacking in any sort of flavour. Front of house staff friendly but the food was tragic.

Tonight i was actually saddened while eating my Pizza Hut. There was a pretty much full restaurant and only one front of house staff, who was 16 years of age. Don’t get me wrong she was AMAZING! But the pressure and stress that she was clearly under was distressing and ultimately upsetting. Also there was only one chef working and one manager. I hate to see another large corporate company do this to maximise profits. It is what disparages customers from the establishments that these fat share-holding companies operate.

Me, my parnter and my 3 children one being a 1 year old all went in today with no reservations the woman at the front door was lovely at fist she askes us to sit next to another family but ot was quite a large family and they were being quite loud and theu should be able to if theh please but all we aaked is if we could be seated somwhere quiter, there was only about 4 groups in (the largest being the ome she wanted to put us right next to ) so she said no sorry all the other 100 seats are for people who have booked with us so mu partner said nicely again i understand that but we have a baby could we please just have a quiter seat pointing to a empty table near the window huffing and slamming the menus on the table she said again no people who have book are more inportant than you which i found really rude considering it wasnt really busy. The food came out my 1 year olds pizza was burnt and you could of knocked some one out with it and the same with my daughters brownie, the chicken on both mine and my partners pizza was lile eating heated up rubber and the corn was burnt it was horrible food horrible customer service for £60 never again will i go to pizza hut again its a joke and so over rated and the salad bar was disgusting food was mixed together and there was no nachos or pasta just never again ever

Me and my little boy visited this Pizza Hut today. I called ahead as my son has autism and wanted to see if they’d make some small adjustments for us and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The guy on the phone told me the least busy time and took our order ahead of time so that it would be ready when we got there. Sure enough we were welcomed warmly and had a table in a quiet part of the restaurant. Our food arrived as soon as we sat down which was perfect as my son really struggles with waiting. The staff were so friendly and attentive, they checked on us a few times to make sure everything was ok (but it wasn’t overkill if you know what I mean) and they were really understanding of our situation and didn’t make it feel like we were an inconvenience. I was nervous about it as my little boy is now 7 and I haven’t taken him to a sit down restaurant since he was a baby as it has been so stressful in the past and seemed too daunting, but I’m so glad we chose this restaurant and I’m over my fear now as the staff made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back there and I’d recommend it to anyone in a similar situation to me. Just call ahead to make sure they can accommodate you. I hope they read this and know how grateful I am! Oh and the food was also delicious! Perfect experience and we’ll hopefully become regulars now. 5 stars for everything but especially the fabulous staff.

Booked a table for 8pm, 8:40pm and I’m now sat in five guys. The manager on the door was nice, and seemed rushed off his feet. We had to wait 15 mins as they didn’t have a table for us, even though I could see about 10 empty ones right in front of me. Not many staff on and the ones that were looked like they couldn’t get out of first gear. No QR code for us to order and couldn’t be bothered waiting another 20 mins for a server to come over so back-spores it. Seemed rather overpriced anyway for what you get
Fuming as I'm writing this review.. haven't been to pizza hut in years, and we decided to get a takeaway for new years day dinner. We ordered so called 'regular' pizzas, 2 off them..the price came up £29.00 not cheap, but as they were regular, ie not small, we decided it was fine. My husband picked them up and were told they had bo jalapeños, which I had ordered on mine. ...when he brought them home, we thought they had made a mistake as they were TINY and had a S on the side of the box. We called the restaurant, spoke to a girl, who said they are regular they only have two sizes. We could not believe the cost of two child size pizza were almost 30 pounds!! Disgusting. Her response to this was ' its not me that makes them" what an appalling response. I work in customer service and get complaints I have to deal with all the time and would get disaplined if said that to a customer. We used to go to pizza hut decade's ago, it used to be great ill never set foot in a pizza hut again in my life.

Had the big sharer BBQ Americano, chicken bites and a hot chocolate brownieThe pizza is really bland lacking a lot of flavour The chicken bites are really nothing special and they forgot about the 2 brownies because of other orders which isn't a good excuse then they give us a voucher because of the delay for the chocolate brownie and when I got mine it was burnt wasn't a good experience at all.

Unable to do some requests through the app we waited 20 minutes before just cutting our losses and ordering stuff we didn't particularly want as no one came to take any order even a drinks order.Ended up ordering off the code after that point it didnt take too long to come out. Food was hot. Best part was the free salad bar. Unlimited nachos really isn't it. Because let's have it right, no one goes up for the tomatoes and sweetcorn combo do they.
