Tonight i was actually saddened while eating my Pizza Hut. There was a pretty much full restaurant and only one front of house staff, who was 16 years of age. Don’t get me wrong she was AMAZING! But the pressure and stress that she was clearly under was distressing and ultimately upsetting. Also there was only one chef working and one manager. Me and my little boy visited this Pizza Hut today. I called ahead as my son has autism and wanted to see if they’d make some small adjustments for us and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The guy on the phone told me the least busy time and took our order ahead of time so that it would be ready when we got there. The service was quick. Love the new order and pay at the tables saves so much time. Got the buffet deal. What a great offer it is. Lots of selection. The children loved it. Caters for everyone. Got a side too. Can't beat a pizza hut every now and then. :)
