I come here and the staff are usually nice but recently, there were two staff I hadn’t seen before. When I ordered, the staff named Ben was just plain rude with hi/ hello and didn’t even bother to tell me the total or answer when I asked him something. Overall I would rate the service quite bad.

Coffee is ok but the staff are pretty rude. Despite making it clear what you want, it’s often ignored. It’s a waste of my time and yours. Location is good. Service is poor.

Supporting genocide, ethnic cleansing, illegal occupation, violent displacement of natives from their homes and massacre of children and NICU premature babies is inhuman. On top of that, suing worker unions just because they think genocide is wrong shows how cruel hearted this organisation is as if they weren't cruel enough with their already harsh work environment. Theres leaked recipes you could make or go to your local coffee shop which I guarentee will taste better and cost less too. Think twice before purchasing from this franchise and keep you hands free of innocent dead children's blood. May these children and civilians rest in peace.

Collected a cold brew from this branch today after ordering on the app. The cold brew was lovely but the place could have done with a clean. The member of staff that placed my drink on the counter didn’t even shout my name or what the drink was, I had to check the sticker myself.

Terrible staff. The male at the till was unresponsive and didnt care. The woman with the nose ring and frizzy hair who made our coffee was so slow and seamed overwelmed by making more then 1 coffee. We left without our coffee as it took more the 10 minutes to make.

Not a nice experience , the staff don’t care for customers in the was Starbucks does in other countries. Time preparing sooooo slow any other Starbucks in America will be ashamed

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Staff not paying attention or honestly probably couldn’t be bothered to help. Even though another staff member was ALREADY busy making drinks, and I was the only person in queue, free staff member would rather chat to their friend than quickly take my order - literally made me wait, and in the end they got my drink wrong as well (not even a custom drink, just an off-the-menu item). :) Love it. So they were not only not paying attention but not even listening to what I was saying. Deffo wont be back here

Foul coffee dire service too hungover to bother going back in for the syrup I paid for fuming for even having bothered to go in. Just the strangest vibes also, 0/10
