I caught these guys a number of times putting semi skimmed milk in my latte instead of the OAT MILK that i asked for. NEXT TIME I TELL THEM AM GOING TO MAKE SURE EVERY ONE HEARS IT!!

I'm really sorry, I bought a decaf oat Latte at your starbucks this morning and the milk is spoiled with a sour taste. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I was at work. For the prices you charge customers this is really shameful. I had to throw everything away. :(

always nothing but good customer service, staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are unsure about any drinks they will help you to find your desired drink. Diana especially always puts extra effort with every customer, always smiling and happy, she is a true diamond.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service i received by one of the rude employees named Charlie. The guy was raising his voice and got an attitude when I asked for his help with my coffee. Starbucks should honestly rethink who they’re hiring. The worst experience by far, I do not recommend this place.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!\\nI have to give a 5* rate because i left with a smile on my face and the staff was really helpful. So I ordered a strawberry and cream frappe and the till lady was very nice, but unfortunately someone had taken my drink by mistake thinking it was their strawberry refresha. It was busy then and I absolutely got the frustration on the baristas face when she had to redoo my drink again (im a barista myself so i know what is like). I think her name is SHI , lightskin girl with curls. She didn't just made my drink again, she made it in a bigger cup and gave it to me personally, and also gave me a card with a free drink for next time. Really appreciate the hard work on yesterdays team. Thank you all ??☺️

Accessible, but the doors seem to no longer be automated so they're harder to open from outside, and there's almost no seating downstairs anymore, thanks to COVID measures. Staff are friendly and helpful, condiments wheelchair-height, and the food and drinks well made.

Sad to say this was my first Starbucks, at the age if 29!\\n\\nThe location is good - opposite a Costa and next to a Mcdonalds and Greggs so they have a fair bit if competition.\\n\\nThe staff are friendly and the seating upstairs is well designed and sufficient for the footfall.\\n\\nThe food and drinks were good.

Staff is chatting on WhatsApp while taking orders, ordered a mocha got hot chocolate, when ask for a new one, she just put coffee in same one. Worst first experience in Starbucks.

Visited for a free coffee due to it being international coffee day (Thanks), and a nice tea after shopping, would have actually bought cake as well, however....... just met with poor customer service and employees you just seemed disinterested in the job and customers! Not a good look starbucks .....Change jobs if you unhappy ......However they was just one employee that was more helpful/attentive to customers needs and helped where possible .... The coffee was apparently okay, the tea was bog standard......think i'll pass on this starbucks next time .......
