EXCELLENT SERVICE!\\nI have to give a 5* rate because i left with a smile on my face and the staff was really helpful. So I ordered a strawberry and cream frappe and the till lady was very nice, but unfortunately someone had taken my drink by mistake thinking it was their strawberry refresha. It was busy then and I absolutely got the frustration on the baristas face when she had to redoo my drink again (im a barista myself so i know what is like). Accessible, but the doors seem to no longer be automated so they're harder to open from outside, and there's almost no seating downstairs anymore, thanks to COVID measures. Staff are friendly and helpful, condiments wheelchair-height, and the food and drinks well made.

always nothing but good customer service, staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are unsure about any drinks they will help you to find your desired drink. Diana especially always puts extra effort with every customer, always smiling and happy, she is a true diamond.
