We ordered cappuccino and hot chcolate. Hot chocolate was very light and diluted, cappuccino also didn't have the taste of coffee and was also light. They also forgot to put the covers around the cups. I think that's all because of the young inexperienced people working at the place. They need proper training to ensure quality products as well as good service.

Cappuccino made with hardly any foamed milk and the froth wasn't smooth. Baristas should ask whether customers were dining in to reduce use of disposable cups.

Nice staff and coffee but there were flies (even on the pastries) and my sandwich came with next to no filling. I spoke to a staff member and she kindly replaced it but it was the same. I don't think they make the food in house but whoever makes it is very stingy - legit a scrape of Cranberry sauce, the ghost of a single slice of brie, and about 4 spinach leaves. At least it was hot.

Usually I like my visit here but lately it has been poor. My iced macchiato tasted so vile and no coffee taste, the frappucino also was disgusting it had my mother coughing, no idea what caused it but it went straight in the bin. The service was lacking today too, felt unwelcome.
