It's in a very busy Manchester Arndale, considering it's footfall I've never had a really long wait.In all instances the staff very been friendly and smiles on faces which is especially good as they always seem busy and stressed.I only rate this Starbucks as a 3star as its got very limited seating especially considering the amount of customers it will attract, also the prices for any cakes etc I always find too high in Starbucks.
Great staff, even better coffee. Excellent prices and also some great buys like coffee beans, presses and coldbrewers.Kid-friendliness: Amazing cookies, cakes and brownies l. Cream base Frappuccinos too.

Nice staff and coffee but there were flies (even on the pastries) and my sandwich came with next to no filling. I spoke to a staff member and she kindly replaced it but it was the same. I don't think they make the food in house but whoever makes it is very stingy - legit a scrape of Cranberry sauce, the ghost of a single slice of brie, and about 4 spinach leaves. At least it was hot.
