Terrible service, staff wasn’t informative and was rude. They couldn’t understand what was we saying. Was also rude to customers infront of us in the que. Our sandwiches was made with sauce all over them. I won’t be coming this subway again.

Had the tables been cleaned and cleared from previous diners, we'd have happily eaten in. Sadly the state of the restaurant and the customer service skills were sadly shocking on this occasion. 1 star for the service. 2 stars for the food. Not much left to say, except that experiences like these can really hurt the brand and reputation of your business.

Deansgate subway put extras on which appear to be free but they charge you for them when you come to pay not nice being tricked don't let them put any
