I was travelling alone as usual and early one Saturday morning in late July. I bought 2 sausage baps and a larger espresso and was charged almost 13 quid. The coffee was fine but the baps were dreadful. They were 4.79 each and had 1.5 sausages on each and were cut in half as though by a child. Simply avoid. The 3 staff were totally disinterested in their work as well. Disgusting.

After a dreadful experience at the pasty shop 30 mins earlier, we decided to purchase our drinks at upper crust instead, thankfully the service here was great. It was around 8pm 3-12-22, we were met with a smile, the young man was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for great customer service, it makes all the difference

I got to upper crust and asked the gentleman who was serving me (his name is Linus)How long it would take as I had only 5 minutes for my train. He mentioned it would just be a few seconds and had the biggest warmest smile on his face!He literally made my day and had super great service!

Linus was fast, efficient and friendly. He got what I wanted hygienically, pointed me towards the things I needed to grab myself and was quick but polite and friendly. Great service and tasty grub!

Awful, £3.99 for a sausage sandwich which was a dry bread roll with one and a half sausages in, that was microwaved to heat it up. We also got an all day breakfast roll that went straight in the bin because it was disgusting.

Just bought a chicken club sandwich at Upper Crust in Manchester Coach Station during a short stop - paid using phone. Just discovered from credit card bill that hey charged me £16.07 for it. Daylight robbery!!!!
I was served by Linus today and he was extremely helpful, prompt with service and friendly. He could tell we were in a rush and made sure to give the best service possible. Great job !!

The coffee was good, the pastries OK, but I have never experienced such an unfriendly service: the lady serving seemed to be bored more than lacking of people’s skills. I even tried to make a joke about the early coffee need, and as an answer I got a total ignorant response. Will never buy from this shop in the future!!!

Linus is always very kind and helpful to me. I am disabled , so I need extra help. He gives me enough time to speak and always remembers me. He treats me like a friend and it makes me feel so welcome, that I always go there when I travel through Manchester Piccadilly
