Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overheard my friend talking about a sandwich that wasn't out on display and got one ready for her as we reached the front of the queue
I got to upper crust and asked the gentleman who was serving me (his name is Linus)How long it would take as I had only 5 minutes for my train. He mentioned it would just be a few seconds and had the biggest warmest smile on his face!He literally made my day and had super great service!

After a dreadful experience at the pasty shop 30 mins earlier, we decided to purchase our drinks at upper crust instead, thankfully the service here was great. It was around 8pm 3-12-22, we were met with a smile, the young man was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for great customer service, it makes all the difference
