Absolutely lovely, couldn't fault it, the food was amazing and tasted lovely, the food presentation was very nice with details added onto the plates, we had the meat platter tapas for our mains and it was lovely it is great if you would like to try new Indian foods you wouldn't usually try! Worth the money spent around 25 pound a person and all had starters, poppadoms, drinks and a main and shared a desert! Highly reccomend great food great atmosphere and great staff!!!Vegetarian options: They offer a vegetarian tapas platter!Parking: Was easy to park!Kid-friendliness: Would be a good place to take kids as its nice and quiet!

First time trying this Indian restaurant, we have passed it a few times on our way home to Everton, Doncaster, best Indian food we have tried in the UK upto now !

What an exceptional dining experience! Nestled within the historic confines of the old Natwest bank, this establishment exudes character and charm. The service surpassed all expectations, exhibiting a level of attentiveness and warmth that truly elevated our visit.During our recent excursion, my wife indulged in a Korma, which she enthusiastically declared surpassed any she had previously sampled at local eateries. As for myself, seeking a bolder flavor profile, I ventured into the realm of the "naga" curry, a recommendation from the knowledgeable staff. While dishes featuring naga peppers often prioritize heat over nuance, this rendition struck a perfect balance. Rich with the distinctive essence of Naga chili, it offered a tantalizing blend of spice and complexity, making it one of the most memorable dishes I've savored in years. The menu as a whole embodies tradition, elevating the dining experience beyond a mere curry house visit to a full-fledged culinary adventure. Each dish exudes authenticity, complemented by the warm hospitality of the staff. The libations further enhanced our evening; the beer was refreshingly cold and crisp, while the wine selection proved to be equally impressive.Kudos extend not only to the attentive service staff but also to the talented chef, whose culinary prowess shone through in every bite. For those contemplating a visit, allow me to dispel any doubts – the experience is unequivocally worth it. While delivery is not an option, the effort of collecting your meal is richly rewarded by the outstanding quality of the cuisine.

My friends and I live either side of the Pennines and meet her once a month. The staff are friendly and helpful, the decor and ambiance is great (much more modern than most Indian restaurants) and the food is fabulous. I can’t recommend this place highly enough - they really look after you and there are some really unusual dishes to try (as well as the standard Indian favourites)

I wanted to go here for some time. I was very pleased with my decision, we went at 6-30 having booked. We had a warm welcome and there was a multi-choice menu. Both of us were well satisfied. A minor item, my wife had a vegetarian dish. This included broccoli and cauliflower. The stalks were very hard and she did not eat them. We felt that these parts should have been cut out prior to cooking.

Very nice food, can’t complain about the price with the portions, we did have to wait for a little while before receiving food, and sometimes felt a bit rushed, but that may have also been due to the time.

Visited at weekend with my wife having read the positive reviews. It was ok. Not bad. Not great, however. Just felt a little underwhelmed to be honest and expected more having seen the 5/5 rating. Food was fine and staff pleasant and friendly. Price was reasonable I guess. Negatives would be: Parking extremely limited. Dark and dimly lit. Very cold atmosphere and temperature. Again, just thought it would be something a bit more stand-out and it was just… ok. We have eaten curries all over the world, however, so maybe we just come to expect that bit more. Would we visit again? Probably not.

Decided to see if the reviews lived up to the hype, and they did! Really nice food, full of flavour, but best of all you could tell it was FRESH. Even the naan breads were made in-house and were so fluffy (99% sure they were homemade!). Stands out from any Indian we’ve had in the area for sure. Will definitely be visiting again!

Fabulous food, warm welcome, excellent recomendations ( thanks Mo). One of the tastiest curries we have had in a long while. Seafood curry brilliant and Railway Curry packed with flavour. Loved the spinach rice and vegatable bhaji. Would highly recommend
