Attended for a christening in the function room it's a stunning room perfect for a small wedding reception!Only flaw was the bar & toilets was down stairs which was a little difficult for people unsteady on there feet.Bar well stocked and quick service.
The room to hire is great for family celebrations. I've used it several times and always a great atmosphere. The staff are extremely helpful and even in the bar area itself, is a great place to be. Again the staff are top rank and some of the locals in there are brilliant, with a good old fashioned traditional pub atmosphere.

Hosted a games night for our running club in the free function room upstairs. Such a beautiful room with original features. We only had chip butties but they were really good, we even got some salad & cakes thrown in and the napkins were super cute! Lisa was super helpful when trying to organise. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again! Thanks for a great night!
