Customer service is appalling. Drive through took an age while there was next to no customers. And the order was wrong when I eventually got it.The worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Will not be visiting

Food was served quickly but wasn't the best quality. Burgers were rushed, small and somehow still overcooked patties. The fries weren't horrible but not the best example. The Chicken nuggets were good though.

I placed an order at 17.50pm with Uber and I didn't get allocated a driver until 18.20pm, after 10 minutes the driver disappeared and I had to wait for a new driver. I was allocated a new driver at 18.45pm and my order was delivered at 18.55pm. The ice creams were melted and the hot drinks were cold. I went to the restaurant and explained how long I had been waiting and took the items with me to show how they were delivered. Mason very kindly stopped what he was doing and replaced the ice creams and drinks for me. His customer service was great and he checked I was happy with my order before I left, he even offered something extra for the inconvenience of the drivers. There were orders stacked on the side waiting for drivers so I'm sure I wasn't the only one this evening having issues with Uber. Thankyou Mason for sorting my order!

Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast muffin along with about 10 other customers. Surely they know by now the average busier times and can have staff and food prepared and ready.Fast food it definitely isn't. Full of grease and poorly stacked.
