What can I say apart from the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, waited 16 minutes for my food only a slight apology, staff walking around aimlessly or sitting down to clean the tables, more priority given to the drive though rather than concentrating on the people either waiting for food or to pay for it, sorry about the photo couldn't wait to go as I had to carry on delivering,and what's with the shouting out the order number? Ordered 3 burgers before 6-7 other people at the front desk and many other drive-thrus, when it was late at night so there were barely any people. Everyone else received entire meals of various burgers before me. The screen displayed that my order is ready to collect after some time but no one had the curtesy to come and ask me what I'm waiting for after standing still for ages so I had to ask them myself. Staff here have no idea how customer service is done or how to prioritise...read full review

Got to be the worst around for service the staff just dont care and dont hide it at all . Always ask to wait at the drive through and more times than not dont have what you want available. You have to check your order before you leave. I guess they are too busy with deliveries but worth the short drive up to elk mill much better service there .
