Genuinely the worst meal we have ever had and was no surprise we could get a table for 12 people straight away. Atmosphere is absolutely awful through out. Ordered chicken with parm and chips brought me out RAW the server even checked the food and told me not to eat it as it was raw , sent this back to the kitchen no apology.My partner ordered salmon linguine through out the whole dish there were 4 tiny peace’s of salmon we asked the server if this is how it’s mean to come she agreed it’s not correct & brought the manager out. Another sever when we sent the food back was shouting near the steps up to the second floor and waving his arms round at us sending the food back.The bill came and they still tried to charge for the raw chicken we had sent back to the kitchen. We questioned another item on the bill and as it was a bottle of wine and we did not recognise the name was told by the lady behind the bar “nice try “ when we asked to take the service charge off and advised we would rather tip the lady that served us we were told the tip is to go behind the bar to be split across the rest of the staff who did not serve us.We were also advised to leave a review after my partner said he did not want to as it would not be a good one he was advised to still leave it as there having lots of issues with the kitchenI would never step foot back in this place

I made a last minute booking for 11 covers at San Rocco this Sunday. The service and venue were both great. Sadly, I won’t be returning due to the food. One of the ladies in the group ordered the Parma ham wrapped chicken, which was still raw in the centre. She unfortunately ate some of the chicken before realising. We also ordered the salmon linguine. Usually in a salmon linguine at a customer would get 60-100% of a salmon fillet. Instead there was 2-3 1cm slithers of salmon. The pizzas were okay and the other pasta dishes seemed to be okay too. We only stayed due to the nice atmosphere and good service from the front of house. The kitchen really needs a reshuffle, because raw chicken is unacceptable and shouldn’t be ingested.

Arrived early 5.30 pm so not busy, food was delivered fast, garlic tomato bread for starters very nice, 1 chicken and mushrooms in sauce nice, 1 chicken pasta small amount of chicken and a little dry, a bit more juice needed, staff friendly.Would visit again

We picked this restaurant for our son’s birthday celebration. The staff were polite and friendly. Very cold inside the downstairs part of the restaurant- food was good, everyone enjoyed their meal only issue is portions are quite small.The waitress who served our table was lovely.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access however we had booked this prior and the door wasn’t open - staff did sort when we arrived

We came here for a meal on Valentines Day and despite the restaurant being full, we got seated straight away as we had made a booking, which is always advisable anyway.The drinks order was taken as we got seated & the food order was taken not long after. Despite it obviously being one of the busiest nights, our 3 courses all came in good time with no long waits and each course was very good. The only negative was that we ordered our Fillets medium and they were more towards the well done stage! This wouldn't have happened at BellavistaThe atmosphere is very nice and even with a full restaurant we could still hold a conversation across the table ?We will definitely return
