Usually enjoy this pub, there was a mix up with the food order and there was some chips put on our table that weren't ordered but there was another dish that wasn't brought. We assumed it was a mix up and they'd put it on the till wrongThe way that the “woman” dealt with the situation was absolutely appalling, there was absolutely no accountability for the mistake she had made. Then proceeded to go over to another table and told them we had taken their chips . After her mistake, it took absolutely no liability for its mistake. If the situation was approached with even an ounce of common decency then their would be no issue at all.We paid for the chips that were put on our table and let the fact the other dish never showed up slide and was told someone would have to go to the till to “resolve” the situation to be confronted with 3 members of staff (one being the land lord) stood bitching about the situation.Ruined what should have and would have been a lovely day for babies first derby day.Extremely disappointed.

A traditional English pub in Oldham with a spacious beer garden and great staff.

Lovely staff, good food and a good choice of drinks. No change, always a smile on staffs faces. Good choices in drinks and sport on TV.Always a friendly place to go to.Just had a steak and ale pie. No room left for anything now. Although it was washed down with Guinness.

Good food, hot and tasty. Not the biggest portions and not the cheapest price, but I would go there again.

First time here and the food was lovely. Good portion size. Wasn't too busy for a Sunday afternoon so that was good. Also free car park around the back.

The lady working here at the weekend was about as pleasant as a plate of lukewarm puke.

OK, but reminds me of a Weatherspoons. Apart from the booze? not being as cheap ? food looked okay.
