Nice asda store with lots of produce, however the toilets (male and female) very dirty and don't smell good.

I've been in Asda toilets around ten times and each time it smells disgusting, the last time I went in a young boy was walking out with he's jumper over he's nose. it's not the smell of some one using the toilet if that's what your thinking. maybe use some detergent or bleach or something because it's a joke. it needs sorting asap or I will keep doing this. clean it properly or get a new cleaner.

Absolutely disgusting toilets thought I was on a night out in a club do you not employ cleaners anymore ????? still hasn't improved after the dirty toilet review 4 months ago suppose this will get a generic response saying you will look into it ?

Too many Karen’s and bushras working here every time you ask them for assistance they shrug me off the cold shoulder even the times I’ve asked for a bag that bold Asian man when I ask him politely he just chucks it at me on the self check out instead of passing it to me normal like a human being would.A few times I got a accused of stealing something for no reason when I had the receipt for it, I feel like the security and staff working there are all in together looking down there noses at us to get a reaction from us.Just because you’re having a bad day at work no need to take it out on us if you don’t like your kin serving us as customers then clearly the manager needs to reconsider finding a replacement…

Wow bloody horrible experience. Not been here for years and definitely won't come back, absolute landslide as to what it used to be. Used to buy the fresh made pizzas from here and had good friendly service with the staff and overall it was a good shopping experience. Not yesterday as it had changed so much I asked the worker on the pizza counter what size bases they do. She looked at me disgusted and like I just asked her to cook it, cut it into 80 slices and give me an ice cold beer at the same time. Then she said medium is all we do large bases all gone. Cheers sorry for the inconvenience of asking you a question. Checkouts an absolute joke about 3 people working the tills so the queues were a nightmare. Suppose this is the way things are going though. Employing folk who can't be arsed doing their jobs, maybe I'd rather queue at a self serve checkout as I'd probably get a nicer reception from one of the machines over an employee. More chance of getting a smile from the machine
