Coffee didn't taste like Costa beans and hat bits in it. Service and atmosphere was okay.

The manageress is not the friendliest person. She has a very unwelcoming expression. The rest of staff are very nice. Really unhappy that she had to wipe a table for us when took grandchild in. Offered to do it myself but no. Not the first time I have found this. Everyone is allowed a bad day but come on.

Rude staff. Changed order but this seemed to anger the member of staff who looked at a colleague. Will NOT be returning. They are far nicer at Starbucks.

We do like this Costa and always get good service. They lose a star as you can't redeem loyalty points or coffees here from the Costa app, you can earn points but not spend them, which is odd.
Best Costa in Rochdale for me. Always get it right exactly. Get exactly what I ask for

Such rude staff. Waiting to buy an orange juice...no one else there then told to wait in a queue that had formed while I'd stood waiting my turn. Girl behind the till spoke to me like rubbish. Rochdale branch clearly have no customer skills. Disgusting! ?

Female staff who was working Monday 14/11/22 at opening, very rude with bad attitude and on her phone too busy texting giving 0% customer service, would not recommend this Costa at all

Had a iced peach drink, lovely wanted a Strawberry mint iced tea but they had sold out. Nice alternative though. Service was great x
