Erin took my order quickly, being able to remember what I always have. Food was to usual tasty standard and correctly made All Team friendly and helpful. Sat down quickly by older manager who explained how the Meerkat card work. Kids loved their meals especially the ice cream.
This isn't really a review of the restaurant but the service of the staff at Rochdale and customer care team as a whole. The food was great as usual. I stupidly ordered double my order on the website. The restaurant modified the order but were unable to refund the difference which I understood. They gave me good advice and gave me information how to seek a refund. The service from the customer care team was exceptional. I got a refund in a few days.
