I recently had an unfortunate incident at Rochdale Greggs that left me feeling incredibly embarrassed and humiliated. I was in the store and suddenly felt an urgent need to use the bathroom, but when I asked the staff for access, they refused and told me to go elsewhere. Despite my pleas and explanations, they were completely unsympathetic and unhelpful.As a result, I was left with no choice but to try and hold on until I could find another restroom. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it in time and had an embarrassing accident involving my explosive bowels and the entire hot counter of food, nothing was salvagable. I was mortified and tried to clean up the mess as best as I could, but the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and even threatened to call the police.To make matters worse, I have now been banned from the store and am unable to even enter to make a purchase. This experience has left me feeling humiliated and dehumanized, and I would strongly advise against anyone shopping at Rochdale Greggs. The staff are rude and unsympathetic, and the store has no regard for the basic needs and dignity of their customers.
