sat in and got told by a waiter that we werent allowed to just sit in before we even ordered. once we ordered 1 individual pizza the guy took 20 minutes and it tasted like tomatoes on crusty

I'm not sure fresh is high on the agenda for the menu. The salad smelt like cut grass, I kept well away from most of it and the sauce containers were crusty as they hadn't been washed.Atmosphere was OK but nothing much to engage the children, would have expected more balloons etc.The service/ girls were lovely.

Long queues of delivery driver.Staff handling wrong orders.Racist staff member at reception 18:36 @ Tuesday 12 December 2023.Wasting of time and money at this place. Placed order online for collection. Waited time 1 hour 30 minutes came for collection waited again 37 minutes. Picked up order went home order was not mine wrong order handed over, called them the lady on call said oven is full I don't know how long it gona take to make another order better you eat it. I came back to pizza hut and she said that what u ordered and that's what u got. I cannt do anything bye bye ?. That's the behaviour there. Left my food at counter and left.Very u professional staff. Especially the lady on counter.Mid height skinnyBlonde hairNo sense of speaking to anyone.Shouldn't be working there .

Staff available and all friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, table was spotless clean and suitable for our party size, was able to take home left over food, staff wonderful!Parking: Free, lots of spaces. Close to venue.

Terrible service atmosphere was terrible went for my sisters 9th birthday took so long to deliver her food 4 garlic bread when we payed for five overall shocking experience.

Pizza Hut never fails to disappoint. Food is bland and overpriced; menu is extremely limited and not everyone wants a "free" salad. The self serve drinks and ice cream lead to unsupervised children running riot, causing queues and mess. Staff work very hard but there are too few of them. Their business model is severely outdated and needs a complete overhaul.

Took my 4 yr old grandaughter at lunchtime, could not believe the price - daylight robbery!! As I had promised we would have pizza we stayed, £28.50 for 1 11 inch pizza, a coke, latte and ice cream! So long Pizza Hut there's not a chance in hell I'll be returning!!!

Erin took my order quickly, being able to remember what I always have. Food was to usual tasty standard and correctly made All Team friendly and helpful. Sat down quickly by older manager who explained how the Meerkat card work. Kids loved their meals especially the ice cream.

This isn't really a review of the restaurant but the service of the staff at Rochdale and customer care team as a whole. The food was great as usual. I stupidly ordered double my order on the website. The restaurant modified the order but were unable to refund the difference which I understood. They gave me good advice and gave me information how to seek a refund. The service from the customer care team was exceptional. I got a refund in a few days. Thank you Pizza Hut for collectively doing a great job. By the way, the pizzas went down a treat.
Awful experience, missing items, other items burnt, they said they cant do anything, had a very rude girl answer the phone initially, seemed bored, then spoke with Liam the manager, needs to go back to training on customer

If I could put zero stars I would. We swung by on our way home back to the north east from a day spent at the royal infirmary at Manchester. We hadn’t tried Pizza Hut in a few years so thought we’d give it a go. An hour of our life we won’t get back. Pizza was bland and over priced (£26.99 for 8 slices of so called pizza)! salad bar pathetic! Must of been sat there for a week and was room temperature. We’ve left feeling miserable, hungry and robbed! Toilets were filthy as well

It was quick, good and very friendly service. It is very good how you can now order and pay at the tabel. Pizza was delicious! Will come again when we stay in Rochdale.

Service, food and atmosphere is s all top quality as a supposedly lower end food place the waiting staff are excellent and are easily better than most higher end restaurants I have been to.Kid-friendliness: Really friendly with my 2 kids, very approachable.
