“This isn't really a review of the restaurant but the service of the staff at Rochdale and customer care team as a whole. The food was great as usual. I stupidly ordered double my order on the website. The restaurant modified the order but were unable to refund the difference which I understood. They gave me good advice and gave me information how to seek a refund. The service from the customer care team was exceptional. I got a refund in a few days. Thank you Pizza Hut for collectively doing a great job. By the way, the pizzas went down a treat.”
