Awful service this morning by a silver haired gent! Who couldn’t care less- twice had to ask for the croissant to be heated - flinging it about in the bag at me! Refresh on your customer service! People are rushing to get to work and don’t have time for your poor service!

Hardly any flavoured syrups in stock, waited ages for a basic oat milk latte, then when we asked for sugar they handed us WHITE sugar. What self-respecting barista hands somebody white sugar with a coffee?Absolute rubbish.

Staff didnt serve me after 10 minutes of waiting and then they took 10 minutes just to make a hot chocoloate and a frappucinno. And they were too many staff just looking round doind no work.

First time at this specific Starbucks.Very accessible and spacious.Store was clean and tidy; staff greeted me with kindness and politeness; very professional.As for the choice of drink, young and beautiful Helena, a staff member, ? presume, made the best hot-chocolate ? ever tried; followed my instructions for my heat sensitivity.As for the young pretty asian lady, that kept the in-store tidy and clean, massive thumbs up. keep it up!

Ordered the £6 strawberry & waffle frappe. It was thrown together no waffle crumbs ? on it. Seems the server was to busy chatting the young guy who was taking the driv thru orders..Try doing your job,

Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere. It was a great spot for stopping to catch up with myself, wait for a bus and charge the phone.The Hot Chocolate can solve any problems. Thank you for the decent size, convenient mug, brilliant taste that uplifts any mood.The sitting area was great and tidy.

Not a lot of parking, not with inconsiderate parking anyway. Coffee was OK, outside seating area was pretty grim, leaking roof and one section smelling of urine. Wouldn't recommend, maybe inside was better but we had 2 dogs wirh us so we had to stay outside.
