Two hour wait is not acceptable when you have been told it will be less …phoned up and told it was on its way,Order still not arrived 45 minutes later spoke to a very pleasant gentleman on the phone just to hear staff in the background screaming and shouting extremely rudely,food was cold when it arrived, not even warm enough to eat, so had to be warmed up. It’s obviously been stood around, it was bland and very uninteresting will never venture to this place AgainLasagne tasted offHummus didn’t even taste like hummus more like wall paper pasteRest was inedible apart from an ok chicken gyrosEnded up eating hotdogs out of the fridge as you can see in the picture as the food wasn’t up to a standard that even a hotdog can reachOrdered at 6.01pm delivered at 8.05 pmOne star for atmosphere based on the rude screaming from the gentleman in the background… Who I heard saying, they need to be patient, after two hours my patience had worn thin !!

We have ordered from here many of times! The steak giro platter is so tasty. The meat is very tender and the Pasta Al Romano is amazing! Don’t pass this place

Ordered online through their website, order accepted and paid for. 2 hours later...Still no delivery. Tried to call them but no answer and a voicemail simply stating "we are on annual leave until September". Order never did arrive in the end as they were obviously closed yet showing as open all over the Internet, including their website which they didn't have the forethought to close down the online ordering side of before closing. No mention of closure on any of their social media either. 2 hours + wasted before having to order from elsewhere and wait again...which was a gamble as we didn't know if theo peppes would deliver randomly later on. This was for someones birthday so additionally frustrating as it ruined things. Now disputing the payment through the bank, but in terms of professionalism...pretty appalling. If you're closing down for extended periods of time, surely some common sense for online ordering and communicating this to customers is a pretty basic thing.

I’ve ordered from here many times and the food is always delicious. I order the steak gyros and the meat is always cooked well and the salad is fresh. Good portions sizes too. It always turns up quickly and piping hot. If you want a takeaway that tastes homemade and actually fills you up this is the one.

We ordered online direct from their website at 7pm it still hadn’t arrived by 8:05, we rang and was told it was on it’s way, we rang back again at 8:30 and was told they’d missed the order and would have to wait another hour, 2 and a half hours for food is an absolute joke, we cancelled and asked for a refund and was told they’d send a driver with the money, shocking service, we def won’t attempt to order anything else from here again, this is a shame cause we all love Greek food and was looking forward to it.

A positive from me. The chips are well seasoned. The giros is a decent portion of chicken and salad for the price. The pizzas are sometimes too cheesy but nothing to complain too much about.

Amazing food every time. I have never had a bad meal from here. Delivery can take a few minutes longer than time given but this will be due to high demand orders and it is definately worth the wait 5* food absolutely love it and can’t wait for the next time

Ordered food around 9pm. Called over an hour later to ask what was happening and was told it was busy but the driver had left. I received a text saying my food would not be long at 22:08. I called half an hour later to be told that they did not know what was going on. I told them to "forget it, I'm going to bed". Theo Peppes called me back at 11pm to tell me that the driver had delivered our food to the wrong address. The order was cancelled. There was some talk of a voucher and he was very apologetic but no call from the manager to apologise.
