I came here for the first time last week with a friend and we had an amazing meal!. The staff are so friendly especially Naomi and Georgia. The restaurant looks good, very stylish and modern. The food was really good, fresh, full of flavour and presentation was spot on! ?? I have been to many Turkish restaurants but this was definitely my favourite ?? What is not to like, Delicious food ✅ friendly staff ✅ amazing service ✅ can't wait to go back again!

What a brilliant well worth it Mother’s Day feast with brilliant, friendly and attentive staff. We had the bread for starters followed by the sharing platter and drinks, even saw a friend with her husband . Will go again

Visited on a Saturday evening. Nice and busy with friendly staff. STARTER: Mixed Meze for Two which was surprisingly filling. MAIN COURSE: Ali Nazik and Kofte both were very nice and filling. Drinks were Pink Lady Gin’s which were great. After our meal we went upstairs now called Momo, an extension of the restaurant accessed outside via another door / stairs. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere with good music. Would recommend for couples and for groups. Will visit again

The main meal I ordered on the menu didn’t say that there was chilli’s in it completely ruined the meal for me, for dessert I ordered ice cream absolutely tasted of nothing , all four of us didn’t enjoy our meal , won’t ever be going there again certainly won’t recommend it , the three stars are for the atmosphere.

I came here as part of a large group. We all started with a mocktail, I can’t remember the name but it was the one with guava and ginger and every single one was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. The tatziki with lava bread was so nice and I had the vegetarian “sebze” main. The flavours were incredible. I might’ve preferred the potatoes served a bit differently but I pinched some friends rice to have with it and was lovely. Everyone complimented their food and the happy birthday song/ celebration was such a treat. Would def recommend to a friend.
Great food and great service. Came here tonight and booked quite last minute. As soon as we arrived we had a warm welcome from the team. The food came out in good time and the portion sizes were huge. Highly recommend the mixed grill - presentation was amazing. All the meals were really tasty. Made an extra fuss as it was my bday and gave me free cheesecake - which was probably the nicest cheesecake I’ve had. The team were lovely though out. Highly recommend a visit

We ordered the calamari for starter which was delicious. For main course we both ordered the "lamb chops" which came to the table and was quite clear that they were mutton chops. Very greasy with butter added. The rice was nice but everything else was very greasy. We have both suffered with a bad tummy in the night also.

Visited the Istanblu this evening. Taken out for a meal by my friend for my upcoming 60th birthday. Service was very good and the waitress friendly 99.9and helpful. Had the mixed grill for 2 after reading positive reviews. Not disappointed. Tasty and more than enough for 2. Dry ice smoke display was very impressive and made it a bit special. They even gave me some chocolate cake and sung happy birthday afterwards.

This place is an absolute meat lovers paradise (Not for the lack of a tasty veg option). Most of us opted for the mix grill and we were all thoroughly impressed with everything that came out. The steak was a favourite and we couldn't get enough of the lavash we had with our starters. I opted for the chicken wings for starters and was surprised at how delicious and tender they were. Compliments to the chef. The cocktails went down well with the ladies in our group too. The service was brilliant, both waitresses and the gentleman on the bar (presumably the owner but I didn't think to ask) were lovely. Everything was brought out quickly and we were attended to quickly if we needed drinks. It wasn't busy when we booked which gave us chance to take in the rather lovely atmosphere of the place, a kind of classy Mediterranean vibe. Even the birthday tune they sang was Turkish (?) themed and a little bit manic which definitely made it fun to join in with. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Istanblue and I'd definitely like to dine there again in future. 10/10
