Wow, what a meal, perfect atmosphere and food was amazing the landlady was extra kind and kept giving me come to bed eyes over the bar. I had something off the specials board and it was cooked to perfection had a right laugh with the locals and it was brill!! Definitely be visiting again
Lovely little place.. we came in as a group of 12. Had a lovely lad serving us, always pleasant and smiling. Took a while for food, but there were a lot of us. I had a Sunday dinner and, for some reason, found it extremely salty and couldn't finish it. But then again, everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs.

We usually visit the Turks head 2/3 times a year and it’s always good. Nice friendly atmosphere and good service. The food is always excellent and well presented. Prices are reasonable, we had starters, mains and a bottle of wine for £63. Definitely worth a visit.
