Had a couple of coffees and an expensive cup cake.Because I had a birthday treat, I went to open up the app and it wouldn't let me. I have sent several emails to try and remedy the login issues, but to no avail.

Been going into costa for about a year once a week to meet a friend. The two girls that work there are exceptionally polite,not so the man in the glasses,he is very rude.i asked him to split the bill for an order,which he forgot to do ,requesting this again he said ,have I always been an arsenal or is it just today then refused to serve me.he will not see me there again.

I went at the weekend to pick up a good to go bag that I had ordered through the app. I got there at the allotted time which was 17:00 and the barista behind the counter had locked the doors with people still inside the shop and couldn't even be bothered to open the door and tell me they had ran out of food. He shouted it at me through the window and then cancelled the order with good to go when I was already there! The customer service skills of the barista were abysmal and if that's the standards of Costa coffee staff now then I'll stick to Starbucks thanks ?

We visit Costa every day to enjoy a drink and snack we have visited the Sale Costa on more occasions than we care to remember and have complained many times about the state of cleanliness of the tea pots absolutely filthy !!! On latest visit I again pointed out to the manager the filthy state of the tea pots I said they are filthy and he said yes and I would not come in here !!! I replied neither would I would not come in !! How can Costa allow this type of service and extremely poor hygiene not to mention the managers could not care less attitude . We will no longer support this establishment and our family and friends are also boycotting this outlet .

Great spacious coffee shop, good for buggy/wheelchair users. Great, friendly staff.

Awful. Dirty, rude staff. The man with glasses really had no interest and maybe hates the job. The blonde girl was lovely. But seemed a bit stumbled by the angry man. Will not be visiting this Costa again. Many places in Sale to try. Good that it helped me decide to go independent in future.

5 of us in a queue, muscle man with glasses serving. He seemed very stressed out. Took over 10 minutes to order, asked for my panini to be in but coffee to go as I have to leave as soon I have eaten. However, coffee came in a mug and I asked quite politely if he could put it in a take away cup and he actually sighed at me and said “you should have said that in the first place”. Rude. I wasn’t the only one he snapped at either as a woman asked him about the difference of a couple of drinks and he told her to read the menu. Clearly not getting what she asked. When sat down I had to go collect my food from the counter. Which I didn’t mind, but a first from any Costa I’ve visited. Also noticed him snapping at some others too. Think the manager needs to hire better staff.
