Visited Costa this morning for a bacon bap and a coffee, the staff were lovely but the state of the place was filthy, the tables hadn't been wiped down and the floors were filthy, didn't look like they had been swept or mopped for a while, shame because the staff are always polite and friendly.
Ok so I shifted to here from the Coffee House as it’s so darn easy to get points via their app. Maybe I’m not doing it right but I can’t get CH app to work for me. The app is Yoyo and I don’t get it. In another first I actually successfully ordered my cold drinks and coffees on the Costa app and it was much easier than queuing up as the staff just got in with it.
