Room was hot even with window open. Clean and comfortable bed

Was a good size room, no air con in the room though. Which is OK at this time of year but the heat builds up quick and stays there, so it was hard to cool the room down. Location for me was good, easy to get am uber, but it isn't really close to a center or anything so driving/transport is needed.

Easy location, worth noting the electric car charger in the car park is not working yet, though! So, I had to find one in the nearby village.

During a visit to Manchester we chose this hotel for it's location for our training ground. It's just 5mins of the A56. Not a huge car park, however it has Genie point electric car charging facilities. The hotel is an older style one, just two floors and no air conditioning. We stayed in room 7 which had a musty smell but after opening the windows for a while then it went away. The night's sleep was peaceful and quiet and the room was adequate but needed updating as it looked tired. We had breakfast in the morning, the continental offering was excellent and the hot breakfast cooked fresh, the service was excellent from reception to departure and the staff were working over and beyond expectations. The restaurant had a children's soft play, a big range of tables from twin to eights.Rooms: Tired but adequate, in need of refreshingNearby activities: 15 min drive to Old Trafford, 10 min drive to the Trafford shopping centre.

Perfectly located area for when we're visiting family in the area. Very comfortable bed, slept better here than I do in my bed.

2023 and you have to pay if you want to have decent internet connection in your room. This is a joke! You can try to connect on the free guests internet, but it is not possible to load even a website page without lag or disconnections.Obviously streaming, watching videos, doing conference calls, or uploading a file, is not even possible. You have to pay extra and connect to "Premier in ultimate WiFi".If you would like just to sleep rooms are decent and clean.Staff is polite and helpful. If you would like to work as well, don't even think to stop here, go somewhere else.

Staff are lovely. Rooms are way way too hot. My room was reaching 38 to 40 during the night. Outside temperatures overnight were as low as 12 degrees and internal room temp 38. This was with window open, fan on and curtains closed all day. I'd avoid it completely. Staff told me that they want as many people to complain about it as possible as the building was overinsulated some time ago and management get constant complaints but do nothing. The cleaning staff were visibly sweating and red trying to do their job, it seemed cruel. Premier is usually reliable but this one doesn't meet the normal standards. Head office use the excuse that it says it doesn't have air conditioning. But that's a red herring as it's not related to outside weather, it's a problem with the building so it's boiling hot even when you would never expect to need air conditioning.

Our stay at Sapphire Shores Resort was like a dreamy escape. The resort's location on the shores of a crystal-clear lake was absolutely enchanting. Our suite was elegantly furnished, and the balcony provided a serene view of the water. The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. This is a place where relaxation meets natural beauty.

Booked and stayed here in July. Parked in the Premier Inn car park, and entered my car numberplate into the machine at reception at the time of check in.I then received a Penalty charge notice for £100 a week later!Judging from other reviews I am not alone in being a victim of Premier Inn's parking scam (who, of course, contract out their parking so can walk away from any responsibility like cowboys!)Stay here if you want to be conned out of £100!PS- after posting this review Paul called me from Premier Inn and cancelled the PCN.

Nice comftable rooms friendly staff great experience.Only downside if nit picking is the lack of apps on TV like amazon or YouTube only has free view.Food & drinks: Next to a brewers fair as normal so great food and drink.
