Is it me or are Greggs just not very good at hot chocolate.?I purchased a large hot chocolate, expecting the ‘works’ cream and sprinkles. No, just flat not very chocolatey water. Do I have to ask for extras? Oh and a cold croissant too. Disappointed.

Greggs is always my go to place for coffee and breakfast. This one happens to be right next to my hotel. And I must say this one is special with great service and attention from Kate and Ellie in sorting out my brekkie and coffee needs. 6 stars. Cheers.

Kate always gives 100% when she serves and I always see her working to ensure customers are happy and not left waiting too long to be served. Wonderful servant and person for Greggs.

2 young employees one male one female. I asked the male employee if the food was hot, to which he responded in a rude way and refused to re heat it for me, rolled his eyes and told me to f off. As a customer I don’t appreciate this disgusting attitude. Then the female employee cornered me then in which she grabbed me and threw me on the wall, I have a bruised face from her. She called me all sorts of names and threatened to “end me” Absolutely AVOID.

Jay the supervisor clearly hates his job. Rude, unpleasant and obnoxious. Asked if a deal with a drink included a cold drink. Just shook his head muttered under his breathe. Over priced. Arrogant staff.
