Prawns for starter were incredible, our waiter recommended some bread too which went perfectly! We had monkfish pasta and lamb ragu and both were cooked to perfection, the lamb had tender chunks of meat and was really tasty. We shared a tiramisu for dessert which was the best we’ve had!! Loved it and the service was excellent!

Brilliant little cafe. Came here for a late lunch and loved it. Got the full English breakfast and everything was great. Ingredients were all nice quality and cooked fresh so was lovely. Service great too, friendly and quick service. Will definitely be coming back here and recommend here to anyone. Small space so wouldn't bring a large group but definitely worth a visit

Had a really great experience! Everything was absolutely amazing the food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the wings were tasty and well seasoned, and the ice cream was honestly so good. Everything we tried was spot on. The atmosphere and service were also really nice. Definitely recommended if you want good food and a great experience. Will definitely come again!

I've been coming to this place for a few years now and still can't get enough. How the lovely couple that own this place manage to produce such a variety of delicious food out of such a small footprint is a mystery. I have my favourites from the menu but there are still loads of options to try and youre always greeted by a friendly smile when you come in. Top spot for breakfast or lunch, definitely give it a go!

We rented an air b n b close by this lovely calm area , my sister and I went for a lovely walk in the fresh air and a nice coffee popped into our head ! We randomly stopped by this cute cafe with a huge selection of food coffee and two friendly girls with lovely smiles and positivity ,Made two beautiful cappuccinos and served them to our outdoor table with a smile and kindly brought us the WiFi code etc ! Really attentive and kind people ! Best of all both coffee total was £3.40

Went along to see the first night of two sold out shows by The Bug Club. The pub was about 5 to 10 minuets walk from Victoria station. It's a great old fashioned, proper pub. Really good selection of beers, served by friendly bar staff. in side is nice and cosy, the sort of place where you feel at home. the gig room is a great looking small room with a balcony above. We all had a great night in here and i definitely hope to go again. If you like an intimate gig you'll struggle to beat this place. my new favourite venue.

its just a stereotypical english pub, not much to it really, but I must say it is much cleaner than most pubs! especially the tables and toilets, the toilets got a makeover and it is so much better im so glad they did it, the doors used to be hanging on by a thread they were that old ? but its so nice just the tap water to wash your hands is freezing gosh. when they have events on, they are so well organised, I would highly reccomend going to one of them if you have the time, they do not do food usually, apart from crisps, but when they have the events on they do hotdogs jacket spuds things like that. they are fun, dog friendly and smoker friendly aswell they have a face book page to keep up to date with the things aswell.

My first visit to Manchester. Had to visit. So happy there was soft shelled crab on the menu. It was the best I've had. The tofu yakisoba was delicious. My husband had the California roll and chicken laksa, which he also said were great, with the laksa being so flavourful. The staff were friendly and very attentive.

Visited The Old Pint Pot on the 25th of May and had a brilliant experience. It was a lovely sunny day and the atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were all welcoming and attentive, especially Mark, who really stood out for his excellent service. The beer was great, the food was excellent, and the location by the river makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunny afternoon. Easily one of the best pubs in the area for atmosphere and overall experience. Huge thanks to all the staff - will definitely be coming back.

It's a 5* review from a Walsall supporter that came in before the game with Salford. I googled the chip shop I thought scores was high and I was pleasantly surprised that the fish and chips was as good as the reviews. Perfect box size tasty fish and chips cooked fresh and the customers in shop was all saying I have come too the right place for a decent fish and chips . The price is brilliant not over priced just good value for money . Highly recommended for anyone passing by that way too drop in and treat them self too a beautiful chippy tea .
Congratulations on the high score it's justified I am not a easy gentleman too please but on this occasion you served me up a wonderful dinner .

I had the privilege of eating there once and the food, service and ambiance were A+. I liked it so much that I tried returning twice, but although Google said it was open, both times they were closed. There was a polite notice with the opening dates, the first time due to a family holiday and the second due to a family bereavement. I fully appreciate this is a family business and that makes it all the more attractive for that reason. I would just suggest not getting your hopes too high as they close often as a result, and seem not to have backup options, which is fair being a family-run place. If I could advise the owners, I’d just suggest advertising this on your Google page so others like me don’t make plans to meet people there only to find it closed. I am also sorry for your family bereavement (for those viewing this comment, they’re now closed until the 27th of May) and hope to return and have a delicious breakfast, but I’ll also know to have backup plans. 4 starts due to this but otherwise deserves a 5 star.
