No one here didn't serve us and we had to go for ourselves as well as getting salad bowls for ourselves. I asked to refill salad and it took a while and they still didn’t do it. When I saw a white lady ask to refill the salad area they immediately refilled it. We felt as if it was racism, I’m really disappointed as before it was excellent service but not it’s definitely gotten worse

Food was fine, service not great. Waited ages to order food. Server told us he would come back to take order & didn't so had to find another person to take our order. When we wanted to pay same waited ages & had to get up & ask again. Its wasn't even that busy. Also salad bar had 4 empty dishes that hadn't been refilled.

We went with two young children for the breakfast with Santa event. Was a lovely morning. Personalised invites were given to the children, and then when ready they could go and see Santa who gave them each a gift, and some chocolate and they could also check the nice list where their names would be. Food and service was great and efficient. Didn't wait long for it to arrive and was hot and fresh. We had both the full English, eggs Benedict and pancakes. We booked a table and on arrival were told that they had run out of chicken and steak. We decided to stay and find something on the menu. When going to the salad bar most of the bowls were empty and there were no bread rolls, I asked if they were going to be filled up and was told that they were in the process of it. The rolls were filled up after about 5minutes and the lettuce. We gave up waiting. When our food arrived we had a handful of chips and the food was luke warm. I certainly wouldn't visit this particular Harvester again.

We came here for a late lunch after visiting the nearby Lowry and we really enjoyed it. It was really good value as you get use of the unlimited salad bar (including pasta and bread) and unlimited soft drinks. The children's meals are amazing value as they get a three course meal for less than £8. The main courses were very satisfying, the choice for vegetarians is brilliant.
