We were served in the drive through by a young lad who was the happiest driver through person I’ve ever met. Brought a nice bit of positivity to a Sunday morning.He mentioned he was doing his dissertation in biology but I didn’t catch his name. He deserves a massive appreciation!

The odd times I go to McDonald's at this branch the food gets worse and worse. Expensive for dry bland food, without ketchup it wouldn't taste of anything. Not sure where they get the bacon from but it doesn't taste or look like bacon. Flat fizzy drinks, think the best thing I've had is a coffee.Not going again, same price as Pret but nowhere near the quality or taste.

Mega kind asian gentleman who works there was like an angel so kind and looked after us as of we are in fine dinning restaurant. I even asked for feedback form but staff said do they don't have one. That gentleman is true asset there. Wanted to leave him 7*

Ordered through the app they missed half the order. Contacted mc Donald’s said there is nothing they can do and to contact Uber eats delivery. I’ve done that and they said they can’t do anything due to mc Donald’s guidelines. Appalling service where neither party offered solutions to rectify the issue and just suggest that I order again and hopefully it will be right next time…

The food is fine, but they always miss at least two items off your delivery order. And it's impossible to reach out to them for a refund. Avoid ordering delivery from here.

The manager is quite fussy and not in a good mood. The way the manager talks to the staff and shouting at them is very disrespectful. Ruined the atmosphere.

Would like to mention how disgusting and unprofessional the fat lady at the front desk is. If you work here you know who i am talking about, the way she was speaking to staff and Uber eat drivers made me feel awful. She kept talking nonsense and being rude even when she went to have her break, maybe have a salad instead love. Rest of the staff were lovely and looked scared to speak up!She might think she’s above everyone else, the only thing she is above people it’s on the scaleOne day she’ll say the wrong thing to the wrong person, I’m very glad she didn’t serve me.Get her out, shouldn’t be working in customer service
