Took 11 minutes to make a single regular milkshake. Missed my train and had to wait an hour for the next, was the busy at all, only a couple orders and several workers. Also, flies lurking all over the ceiling and sauces counter.

I think the staff here need educating and would benefit from a disability awareness course of some description. Not satisfied at all with the staring and dirty looks we received in store today. Disgusting to be honest.

Literally 0% on dips with food when ordering from deliveroo/Uber, every time they miss the most important part of the meal and make it kot worth buying when they miss order details, sort it

Over 10 minutes wait for food through drive though as they had no food. So coffee was cold food was cold. Terrible terrible

Crew trainer need training I order a food he was extremely rude to me it’s disgusting I don’t know why he was rude to me for nothing when I said why you rude to me no sorry or nothing from him actually he need attitude training how you can surf coustomer.

This restaurant is always messing up the orders. Cold food and missing items, and they can’t be bothered to sort things out. Tonight was the last straw, won’t be using them again, awful place.

Incompetent staff providing the completely wrong breakfast order after being asked to wait in the parking bay for 15 minutes. Complained and had the displeasure of an unclassy and loud mouthed manager. She then tried to dispute the refund amount even after I held the order receipt up to her. Additional training required for staff.

Received the usual expected quality of service as any other McDonalds chain.The site was a little busy on arrival, and we opted for the driv-thru this time.We had to wait for our food and were asked to wait in one of the waiting bays. No issue, the food came shortly after.My only concern here and reason for the missing 5th star is the arrangement of the car park. The layout here is clearly a little difficult for some drivers to understand. We witnessed several vehicles going the wrong way through the car park, driving through 'stop' markers, and some excellent examples of how NOT to park in a bay. Not all McD's fault but better signage would help.Parking: Parking is readily available but do be wary of other vehicles not following simple signage

Worst customer service ever from the guy strolling round the car park told me “you’ll just have to wait”. I had asked him about 4-5 orders before mine if the order he had in his hand was mine, as he had just served the people in the car before mine, and he had another order left in his hand, he reported it was not. I told him that we had been behind the car he just served. To be fair practically every other customer in drive thru had also been asked to park up.He went back to collect more orders twice more and only when I got out the car to complain did he wave a bag at me. I siuggested he had intentionally not brought ours even though he knew we were waiting longest. This is when I got the you’ll just have to wait. He hid his name tag when I asked his name and I really really wanted to tell him where to go, but manage to restrain my self as I had my granddaughter in the car. Worst worst worst
